Shamanism is a holistic approach to healing. The Shaman uses the spiritual realm at his or her disposal and other nature-based techniques to bring about insight and revelations into the soul's full trajectory. The practice of Shamanism is a method, not a religion. Shamans use an altered state of consciousness to communicate with plants, animals, and non-oridnary reality to unearth greater understanding as to one's challenges and opportunities in present, future and past life times. The Shaman is not constrained by time or place, thus can affect healing on multiple levels.

Shamanic Coaching combines coaching techniques and Shamanic skills to guide us in asking those unspoken questions: In Shamanic Coaching we ask "how" questions: How do I change my thinking? How do I take action? How do I identify what I need most? And more. We work together to release what is no longer useful to us or not belonging to us so that we may create what we want most in our lives.

SHAMANIC SERVICES OFFERED BY KAREN:

Soul Retrieval: 90-minute in-depth journey to reclaim those soul fragments which left due to trauma. Retrievals provide you with a strong sense of wholeness, authenticity and increased awareness/understanding of self-actualization. Your talents, capabilities and soul's purpose are given greater clarity in this illuminating process. This session in an in-person experience and cannot be conducted over the phone

Individual Shamanic Coaching Session: This is a full immersion into asking the unasked questions that impact our lives and soul's pathway to actualization. Shamanic coaching combines dialogue coaching with shamanic healing techniques and psychic energy reading and releasing. Individual 60 or 90-minute sessions can happen in-person or over the phone.

Shamanic Coaching Series: This healing series offers participants a 3-month commitment into an in-depth journey to reclaim your personal power, heal trauma and breakthrough from survival into thriving. This journey helps you discover untapped talents and capabilities and connect with your soul's purpose. These sessions build upon one another for impact that endures beyond the known and imagined realms.

Shamanic Apprenticeship: 120-minute in-depth instructional and healing enfused journey to reclaim your personal power and cultivate your soul's pathway as a healer. Participants learn shamanic and psychic techniques to perform both on themselves and if desired, their own clients. An apprenticeship with Karen provides access to tools such as: Soul and Power Animal Retrievals, The Medicine Wheel, Ceremony, Chakra and Aura Reading, Healings on the Multi-Dimensional Planes (i.e. past and future events). Shadow work is a critcal part of this learning process as well as developing Integrity as a healer.
